Access and user authorisation
There is a role-based, central authentication and registration for the access to applications. The roles differentiate between the administrator in the higher federal authorities and the main user(representative) in a company or an authority. Other users are created and administrated by the representative. In addition to customer data a X.509-certificate is needed for a first registration. This ensures sufficient safety for authentication and authorisation.
For companies - registration as main user
To obtain access data for PharmNet.Bund applications, new users must first complete an initial registration as the main user of a company.
To obtain access data for the Batch Release Applications, new users must call up a separate registration page:
The registered main user in a company can then create, activate, deactivate and edit additional users via the "User administration" application.
In the "My data" area, users can change their own data such as postal address, e-mail address or password and upload or renew the certificate for the first time.
Information about the certificate, request access authorization and user administration can be found in the user manuals below.
For national authorities and higher federal authorities - user administration
The administrators in the higher federal authorities BfArM and PEI manage all main users in the "User administration" application. This includes the activation of new registrations of main users, the processing of new certificates and the transfer of responsibilities for main users.
In the "My data" area, users can change their own data such as postal address, e-mail address or password and upload or renew the certificate for the first time.
Information about the user administration and the certificate can be found in the user manuals below.
