For Companies

This section contains the PharmNet.Bund applications, which are exclusively accessible to pharmaceutical companies and wholesaler.

• Variation Submission
  enables pharmaceutical companies to create and submit variation submissions
• Approval Exempt
  enables pharmaceutical companies to register and submit approval exempts
• Sunset Clause
  for notifications in accordance with Section 29 sub-sections 1b and 1c AMG and with Section 141 sub-section 7 AMG
  
• Batch Release
  enables marketing authorizations for medicinal products to submit batch release applications
• Results of clinical trials
  enables pharmaceutical companies to submit results of clinical trials
• Veterinary Sales
  enables pharmaceutical companies and wholesaler to record the distritbution of veteriny medical products
• Product information texts
  enables pharmaceutical companies to submit final product information texts after completion of the procedure
• Supply Shortages
  enables pharmaceutical entrepreneurs to report supply shortages. This information is supplemented by data from the Medicinal Product and Application Database.
• Notification of the graduated plan officer
  According to Section 63a, sub-section 3 of the German Medicines Act (AMG), the graduated plan officer and any change must be notified to the competent higher federal authorities.
